- Hey guys! Sorry this one is a little late. Been stupidly busy!

For the record, the Daibutsu (or "Great Buddha") in Nara is not old and boring. It's actually super cool! The building it's in, called "Todaiji", is the largest wooden structure in the world. I highly recommend it to people visiting Japan!

I can totally relate to Eric about the smell of old and boring.
Every museum field trip, every antique shop, every old person's box of memories...
It was the smell of me being kept from precious video game time.

I actually like museums and places with these kind of old statues and quiet atmosphere and stuff like that, I sure hope I get to visit a place like that sometime.

The best "old smell" is old books. Sometimes I can't help but want to sniff them at used book stores. XD aaaaah... ancient wonder.
