Well... okay. This page is pretty adorable.

Oh? Eric is doing something unusual. Is he, blushing? Heehee.

Eric hasn't changed.

At all.

The only difference is that he either replaced his polo or removed his bow tie.

Totally called it.

@RazorD9: I think he IS blushing! lol

Naw, the 'blush' is just Luffinpuff's hand prints. But it does look like blushing.

Why...do I feel...like this...is going to end...badly?

Something wrong my... My comic book romance senses are tingling...!

@theinevitablesmiley - Before the age of "talkies" and that newfangled "Web 2.0."

@Sam - It was an adorable time, that's for sure!

@RazorD9 @contradiction123 @Crystalbear - Crystalbear's got the right idea - Luff smooshed his face too excitedly. But maybe he IS feeling a little bashful...

@The_mad_one - See also: My Son Eric. Same time frame, same polo shirt.

@Djoing - Like, you SO did. You go girlfriend!

@Bien - No way man, a Luffinpuff and Eric story ending badly? Impossible!!

@UpsideDown8 - Were you bitten by a radioactive comic book romance or something?

@remington: Forgot about that! :o

His nose grew a lot between that chapter and this photo though. Creepy.

Well, his nose grew a lot throughout the comic. Interesting.

@remington: WHO TOLD YOU!?

posted by UpsideDown8 on October 5th, 2011, 4:38 pm

@The_mad_one - His hair's changed a bit too. And Luffinpuff's eyes, ears, and hair have gotten bigger. It's the progression of ~*stylization*~ and unfortunately it's really noticable in a longer running comic like this!

@UpsideDown8 - My radioactive comic book romance victim senses were tingling!

@remington: You have won this round, Remington! but the next one belongs to me! I should know, I still have the receipt!

@theawesomepizzaman - Holy effity eff why are you dropping F-bombs about a disabled kid and his imaginary friend?

posted by remington on October 6th, 2011, 1:52 am

(cool tip: keep giving out cool tips!)

Anyways, I'm not sure if I think it's sort of cute and heart-warming or a little bittersweet and sad that the disabled kid's imaginary friend is a steam engine.

Time will tell, I suppose.

And do imaginary friends age?
Are they immortal?
What happens when they're no longer wanted or needed?? D:

I feel like this will all be answered over time.
