- Okay, why is it that middle school kids are so concerned with other people "dressing up?" It seemed like every time I had to wear a tie to class or even just wore a collared shirt kids would be like "Why you dressed up?" "Why you dressed up?" A MIDDLE-SCHOOL MYSTERY.

Every time I wore a collared shirt and a tie to school (first button unbuttoned, tie hanging down a bit, shirt untucked), somebody, without fail, would ask me why I was dressed up.
It didn't matter that I was wearing jeans and converse, or that my face wasn't shaven. I was dressed up.
I was in 12th grade too. You get to college, and nobody asks you anything. SMH.

Same with a girl just being in the mood to do her hair or makeup: "What are you all dolled-up for?" EVERYTIME.

Thanks for finally finding fluff-fluff.

Also, my character romance senses are going berserk!

The last time I was dressed up, the teachers said I looked nice and nobody else paid any attention.

This "Why you all dressed up?" talk confuses me!

I go to one of them schools with them uniform things.

Specifically one where EVERYONE must wear a tie.

Except for girls.

In summer.

So the only ones who are allowed to not be dressed up are the teachers.

So for us, we ask the teachers stuff like "Why are you wearing jeans?" "What's with the poncho?" "Why are you wearing the girls school uniform, Mr...?"

(Last one really happened, FYI)

...Is this page more PINK than usual? Is that even possible? :|

SO CUTE! 8D

I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out. I'm sort of expecting Eric and Megan (I'm assuming that Luffinpuff likes Binda, and that's why he mentioned her first) to like each other but not quite realise. >w>

Also, is it just me or does the last page have three Homestuck characters? I swear, John's on the Cyclops, Dave is being held up by the dinosaur with shades, and Rose is on the back the giant cat. :o

@KyledKat - It's true, once you hit college, a blazer or a tie doesn't even attract attention. It's just the College Look(TM).

@cliffi - They are just having a wonderful time!

@MrMonochromatic - Haha, I figured it was the same for both guys and gals. Makes it really tough to change anything about your looks, doesn't it?

@UpsideDown8 - BLARGHARGHH ROMANCE SENSES MAKING ME SHOOT MOUTH LASERS GRARGGLG

@Crystalbear - You got lucky, Crystalbear! Maybe you just dress more snappy than the rest of us (or more regularly at least).

@joanne kaye - Hahaha, oh dear. Why WAS he wearing the uniform? I feel like there's a punchline here. Also, yes, it think it IS more pink!

@Whitewash893 - Oh golly. I didn't even notice that. I stopped reading Homestuck like a year ago so I think it's just a goofy coincidence, but now that you point it out, I can't stop seeing it! Agghhhh WHITEWAAASH what have you doooone
