- He's innocent I tells ya!

HALLOWEEN QUESTION OF THE DAY: Are there any movies you watch every year around Halloween time?

My Answer: I'm fond of watching The Nightmare Before Christmas like some little Hot Topic kid. Rocky Horror Picture Show is another. In recent years, JoJo and I have gotten into the habit of watching the hilarious horror masterpiece RE-ANIMATOR. If you haven't seen it, check it out!

I made it a habit to watch SOME sort of horror movie over halloween. Amityville horror was one, Dawn of the Dead remake was another, and last year it was REC.

this reminds me of the time my mother made our house so scary, kids wouldn't even get near our door

the lights weren't on and the windows were left open for the curtains to sway outwards. (we had a fan push them out) and Friday 13th music was playing.

on topic:
wouldn't that hurt the cat or something, and i wonder what the house looked like

Well now I need a cat DVD player.

Whenever Halloween comes by, I just watch Halloween specials on kids' cartoons.

That cat's ALWAYS been there Eric, how could you possibly not notice it!?

Whoever changed the dvd player into a cat better step forward! Ahem anyhow I have no movie that I watch every Halloween.

I wonder if the cat objects to having a DVD sticking out of it...

I've traditionally watched the classic Cartoon movie, "The Halloween Tree."
Wikipedia says: It tells the story of a group of trick-or-treating children who learn about the origins and influences of Halloween when one of their friends is spirited away by mysterious forces.
Instant Halloween classic

The dvd player magically turns into a cat and the only person who can change it is Luffinpuff AND he has a condition?

:D I like to watch my Asian horror movies.. Ju-On and Shutter are my favorites..

and then if I get too freaked out, I watch Moon Child, which is about vampires, but not in a scary way..

They sparkle, though... for a split second before they ignite, I mean..

@ Metta

Haha, friggen Moon Child. Oh Gackt and your gunslinging angst vampires that are also major vocalists. Silly silly man.

There are always scary films on in our pad XD
...Surely a cat DVD player would work as well if not BETTER than a normal one?

I watch sponegbob on Halloween! Oh yeah, I'm manly.

@ xkrazydog - Oh man, REC. Don't do what I did and watch REC and REC 2 back to back right before going to bed. Holy moly.

@ Silver_Bubbles - A classic! I remember seeing it in theaters when I was in 1st grade and having my mind blown by how cool it was.

@ Klonoa64 - Jeez, that sounds terrifying! I'd worry about getting stabbed.

@ SushiGummy & bucky-b - The thing about a cat DVD player is that it would only play DVDs if IT felt like it. Wanna watch a movie? Sorry, the DVD player is taking a nap.

@ UpsideDown8 - Yes, it's your cat, which you named "DVD Player" for some reason! Silly Eric.

@ James Birdsong - It was YOU!

@ H0lyhandgrenade - As far as it knows, ALL cats have DVDs sticking out of them.

@ baryltdf - Yeah! Puffinluff!

@ Topazmagic - I think I've seen that one! The cartoon with Leonard Nimoy where they talk about druids and stuff right?

@ MoreThanOnce - Spaghetti-O's.

@ AceTh - It's the perfect crime!

@ Metta & Topazmagic - Hahaha, Moon Child. Nothin' like Gackt and vampires.

@ mamorii - Young Frankenstein is a wonderful choice! Or should I say Young Fronkensteen.

@ deepcheese - Dead-Alive is awesome!

@ The One That's Not Dead - Your friends must be little babies because horror movies are great fun.

@ Asiaticfox - Better than VCR DOG.

@ Starlight Scorpius - Ain't nothin' wrong with a Spongebob Halloween!

@ Loom - Sure, it counts! Some of the stuff you see is probably scarier than something a movie could come up with.

@ cliffi - Are you a blond 13-year-old with glasses?
